Daily Mail ·

Kaylee Molina, 30, died after a powerful wave swept her and her husband, Roberto Clemente, into the sea at Sycamore Cove in Ventura County, California. The couple had gone to the beach to watch the sunrise during a romantic trip; Clemente survived.

Clemente said Molina asked him to hold her hand as they were pulled apart by the surf. He said she could not swim and that, after reaching her, he was too exhausted to give CPR.
