HEART guitarist Nancy Wilson has confirmed that the band's first new studio album in a decade is nearly complete, with recording finished and delivery expected by the end of August 2026. It will be the follow-up to 2016's "Beautiful Broken" and marks a significant return for the veteran rock act, who reunited after a family rift between sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson and Ann's subsequent cancer treatment disrupted touring plans.

Speaking to Gold Derby, Nancy said the songs were written and recorded largely live in Nashville with the touring band, giving the record a cohesive, road-tested feel. Alongside the album, HEART is juggling a world tour, a documentary, a biopic directed by Carrie Brownstein and produced for Amazon, and a new management team. Separately, Ann Wilson releases a new album, "Consecrated Ground", with her band TRIPSITTER on 14 August, followed by a tour running through November.
