Helen Mirren re-lists historic Hollywood Hills estate after $6.5M price slash
Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren and her husband, director Taylor Hackford, have relisted their historic Hollywood Hills estate for $12 million (£9.4 million), having initially put the property up for sale in 2021 with a much higher asking price. The move offers a rare opportunity for buyers to acquire a home with more than a century of entertainment industry heritage attached to it.
The couple originally listed the estate in 2021 for $18.5 million (£14.5 million), meaning the current asking price represents a reduction of around $6.5 million (£5.1 million). The renewed listing comes as Mirren continues her busy on-screen career, including roles alongside Harrison Ford in "1923" and Pierce Brosnan in "MobLand".
