Helldivers 2 Warhammer 40,000 crossover launches 12 August

Helldivers 2 will receive a Warhammer 40,000 crossover on 12 August through the Castellan’s Creed Legendary Warbond. The collaboration brings Imperial Guard-inspired equipment to the co-operative shooter, a thematically close fit given both franchises’ militaristic satire and disposable frontline soldiers.
The Warbond includes a Hot-shot Marksman Rifle, Bolt Pistol, Meltamine trap, Meltagun stratagem, and two armour sets with improved weapon handling and support-weapon reload speed. It also adds vehicle, exo suit, shuttle and helipod cosmetics, alongside banners, capes and a title; Arrowhead has not confirmed a price, though the previous Halo ODST Legendary Warbond cost 1,500 Super Credits. The crossover avoids Space Marines, while Helldivers 2 continues to retain a steady player base despite being well below its 458,709-player Steam peak.
- Warhammer 40K gear arrives in Helldivers 2 on 12 August.
- The crossover focuses on Imperial Guard-inspired equipment and cosmetics.
- Price is unconfirmed, but previous Legendary Warbonds cost 1,500 Super Credits.
