Helldivers 2 will receive its first Warhammer 40,000 crossover Warbond, Castellan’s Creed, on 12 August. Inspired by the Astra Militarum’s Cadian Kasrkin, it brings Warhammer-themed weapons, armour and cosmetics to Arrowhead’s co-operative shooter, a pairing long considered natural by fans because of the games’ similarly expendable soldiers and relentless alien warfare.

The Legendary Warbond includes a Hot-Shot Marksman Rifle, Bolt Pistol, Meltagun stratagem and Meltamine proximity mine. Its medium and heavy armour sets share the True Grit passive, granting +20 weapon handling and 30% faster support-weapon reloads; cosmetics include two capes, a “Still Standing” title and Castellan’s Green pattern. It cannot be claimed using a Premium Warbond token.
