Braden Sinclair, a 33-year-old father of two, is one of only 50 people worldwide to hold Olive Garden's Lifetime Pasta Pass, a gold card giving him unlimited pasta, toppings, breadsticks and soup or salad at the Italian-American chain for as long as he lives and it operates. He secured the pass in 2019 after upgrading a temporary Never Ending Pasta Pass for an extra $400, and has since built a devoted online following by documenting his meals on a new website, Lifetimepastapass.com, where visitors can vote on what he should eat next.

Sinclair's connection to Olive Garden dates back to childhood, when a Little League coach nicknamed him "Breadsticks" after a birthday overeating incident. Since claiming the lifetime pass, he has made 112 visits and eaten 152 bowls of pasta, alongside collecting vintage chain merchandise and getting a tattoo of Olive Garden's cheese grater logo. The chain's regular Never Ending Pasta Pass, by contrast, is a limited 13-week offer; a batch of 10,000 sold out within seconds this summer at $100 each.
