The programme brings together the Department of Justice and the Federal Emergency Management Agency alongside existing law enforcement and emergency response networks. This inter-agency coordination model seeks to improve communication channels and standardise procedures amongst emergency management personnel, police departments, and first responders who handle missing person cases involving autistic individuals.
