Hilaria Baldwin has described fitting exercise around raising seven children by running daily and doing short yoga, barre and “bathroom workouts”. Speaking to Fox News Digital, she said the routine supports her mental wellbeing and nervous-system regulation, while stressing that her diet is based on balance rather than constant restriction.

Baldwin, 42, said she aims for around 30 minutes of cardio and also uses quick “stop-and-drop” sessions, citing Physique 57 and barre classes. She said her family sometimes shares ice cream at 9pm and that pizza can fit into a healthy lifestyle; she also discussed her 15-year relationship with Alec Baldwin and her appearance on Fox’s “Nation’s Dumbest”.
