Actress Monet Mazur, 50, confronted three masked robbers attempting to break into her Hollywood Hills mansion on Saturday night, causing them to flee when they realised the property was occupied. The incident highlights a concerning surge in celebrity burglaries across Los Angeles, with numerous high-profile figures targeted in recent months despite security measures in place.

Mazur spotted the intruders on her home's security camera feed at approximately 11:30pm whilst she was inside with her dog and immediately confronted them. Her $1.5 million property is equipped with security cameras and sits on a 4,250 square foot lot with views of the Los Angeles skyline. The Los Angeles Police Department responded to her call, but the suspects had already fled the scene; a police helicopter search of the area yielded no arrests. The incident is one of several high-profile break-ins affecting celebrities in the region, including recent burglaries at the homes of Rachel Zoe, Brad Pitt, Lionel Richie, and cast members of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
