Hollywood Royalty, Michelin-Starred Meal, Cartier Gift Bags: Inside Monaco’s Most Exclusive Event of the Year
Monaco’s 77th Red Cross Gala was held at Sporting Monte-Carlo on 18 July as the principality’s flagship annual fundraiser for the Monaco Red Cross. Attended by Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene, the event combined charity fundraising with the high-profile luxury and entertainment for which Monaco’s social calendar is known.
Princess Charlene wore a custom Elie Saab gold gown, while guests included Camille Gottlieb and hosts Estelle Lefébure and Michel Boujenah. The evening featured a meal by three-Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin, fireworks, the premiere of the music-themed show *SOUL! Where Legends Come Back*, and an after-party; its top prize was a Cartier jewellery set containing 58 diamonds, while attendees received Cartier cardholders.
