TechCrunch is inviting companies and individuals to host independent "Side Events" during Founder Summit Week, running alongside its Founder Summit 2026 conference in Boston. The initiative lets hosts organise their own gatherings, such as networking mixers, workshops or fireside chats, to tap into the audience of over 1,100 founders, investors and tech leaders attending the main event, extending its reach and offering brand exposure beyond the official venue.

Founder Summit 2026 itself takes place on 4 November, while Side Events can run from 1 to 7 November, with events on 4 November restricted to after 5pm ET to avoid clashing with the main conference. There is no fee to list a Side Event, and hosts receive visibility across TechCrunch's agenda, app and attendee communications, plus a discount code for guests. Events must be in-person, based in Boston, and restricted to those aged 18 or over (21 or over if alcohol is served); interested hosts must apply before the deadline.
