TechCrunch is inviting organisations and individuals to apply to host official Side Events alongside TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 in San Francisco. The programme is intended to extend networking and discussion beyond the main conference, while giving hosts visibility among attendees without requiring them to buy an exhibition table or sponsorship.

Disrupt itself will take place at Moscone West from 13 to 15 October, while Side Events may run from 10 to 16 October; applications close on 4 September. Hosts choose and organise their own format, venue, budget, registrations and some promotion, while TechCrunch promotes selected events through its website, app, agenda and attendee communications; last year’s programme included dozens of events for a community of more than 10,000 people.
