First We Feast is launching “Hot Ones: Game Night”, a new spin-off hosted by Joe Santagato, on 30 September at 7 a.m. ET via its YouTube channel. The series expands the franchise beyond traditional interviews, combining celebrity conversation, board-game competition and the famously punishing spicy wings.

Guests will roll dice, complete personality-based challenges and answer questions while competing for prizes; those who fall behind must face the “Wings of Death”. Doctor Mike will appear in the first episode, with Neil deGrasse Tyson and Frank Alvarez among the announced future guests. The programme adds to First We Feast’s growing slate and follows the brand’s rise to more than 27 million followers across platforms.
