Alpharetta Police Department’s Flock Safety camera data is available to more than 2,000 organisations nationwide, while it can access data from over 1,300 others. Alpharetta, a Georgia suburb of about 67,000 residents with roughly 120 officers, has expanded its outgoing Flock-sharing links by about 42% since June 2025 and incoming links by about 125%. The network includes police forces, colleges, airports and government bodies, including agencies previously linked to alleged misuse of Flock technology; Flock says such sharing helps track suspects across jurisdictions, but critics raise concerns about inconsistent safeguards and the scale of surveillance.
