Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Pixel Perfect update adds the “best friend glow”, a daily buff for villagers with level 10 friendship. Once activated, it improves movement and companion benefits, making routine activities around the valley quicker and more rewarding.

Players activate the glow by filling a villager’s best friend bar, which resets at 5am local time each day. While active, players can sprint without consuming meals, and the companion provides maximum bonuses across every profession rather than only its assigned role; a heart icon indicates the remaining duration.
