Palworld players need ore to produce ingots, a core material for metal equipment, weapons and upgraded workbenches. Although deposits are found throughout the world and respawn over time, establishing a base beside a dense cluster allows suitably skilled Pals to mine automatically; from level 15, an ore mining site can provide an infinite base supply.

Recommended early farming areas include locations above Desolate Church and north of the Chillet boss, while later options include eight nodes southeast of the Windswept Hills Watchtower and roughly 10 on southern Mount Flopie for players level 25 or above. Mining requires any pickaxe, Digtoise is an accessible Mining level-two helper in the central desert, and two ore can be smelted into one ingot using a primitive furnace and a Kindling Pal.
