Frillish is an important Pokémon to find in Pokopia’s Bubbly Basin, with its pink female form required for story progression. Players must raise the region’s environment level to three, then follow Popplio’s hint for “The floaty pink one” to make it appear in a north-western cave.

The female Frillish is found near the Starmie Doll location once the relevant mission stage is reached. The optional blue male form can be summoned through either an ocean treasures Habitat—bottled ship, marine chest and sparkling jewellery—or a playing sailor Habitat, using a big treasure chest, ship’s wheel, bottled ship and wooden crate.
