An Under the Sea skill in Forza Horizon 6 can only be earned at Seabed Road, a small seaweed farm in southern Ito. The action matters for completing certain challenges, but requires no special driving technique: players simply need to drive through the poles supporting the seaweed nets.

Seabed Road lies west of the bridge to Legend Island and is shown on the map as a small T-shaped dotted route extending into the sea. For the “Manta Ray” challenge, players must earn four such skills in a 1984 Open Manta 400, available for 152,000 credits from the Autoshow or free after completing the third Dirt Trials journal tier.
