PC Gamer explains that Star Wars Zero Company lets players respec Hawks’ class and abilities from Cycle 3, early in the game. This matters because it removes much of the risk from early build choices and allows players to adapt their squad’s roles and composition without restarting.

Players use the Personnel console beside the map table, open the Focus Tree tab and select “Change Specialization”. The process is free and refunds all spent Focus Points, except points invested in a story character’s top talent; later, recruited operators’ talents can also be changed through the same menu.
