The projector bulb is in the Media Department’s general storage cabinet on the fourth floor, while the lens is in the CFO’s desk in Finance on the third floor, accessed with code 2709. After repairing the projector, Richard must collect the slides from The Gallery Meeting Room and match all six to the numbered discussion points by holding them up to the light before placing them in the corresponding projector slots.
