Players can unlock medicine upgrades in *Phantom Blade Zero* by speaking to Xie Xiaorong inside the Green Serpent House in Pangzhen’s Backstreets. The system improves healing items, making them more effective and increasing how many times they can be used.
After unlocking it, players can upgrade medicines through the “Upgrade Equipment” menu at any Bell.
