Arc Raiders is running a limited-time Phantom Targets project where the character Shani sends players to investigate unusual signals across the map. The first phase of this event tasks players with locating communication upgrades positioned atop three extraction facilities distributed across different battle zones.

These extraction points, referred to as Cargo Elevators, are recognisable bunker structures equipped with four retractable entrance doors. Players must climb to the roof of each facility, interact with the radar equipment scaffold, and repeat this process at all three locations to advance. Embark Studios has acknowledged a minor visual glitch where interaction prompts may remain visible after activation, though players can confirm their progress through the quest log.
