Samsung will hold its next Galaxy Unpacked event in London on 22 July 2026, with the launch expected to focus on new foldable phones and smartwatches following the earlier release of the Galaxy S26 lineup. The event matters to consumers eyeing Samsung's next generation of foldables, as leaks suggest the company may introduce its biggest design change yet: a new "wide" aspect ratio for the Galaxy Z Fold 8 that makes it more suited to watching video when unfolded.

The stream can be watched from 9am ET/6am PT via Samsung's website, its YouTube channel, or embedded coverage closer to the time. Rumours point to a wider Z Fold 8 alongside a Galaxy Flip 8 and a "Z Fold 8 Ultra" retaining the current aspect ratio, all likely with updated Snapdragon chips and higher prices, plus faster charging and a reduced crease on the Ultra model.
