HUNTR/X’s REI AMI Joins Ken Jeong on First-Ever Shark Week Anthem ‘Om-A-Nom (Shark Week)’
Actor and comedian Ken Jeong has released “Om-A-Nom (Shark Week)”, described by Discovery as the first official anthem for Shark Week. The song features Grammy-nominated artist REI AMI and accompanies K-Pop Shark Heroes, a special intended to use K-pop, comedy and educational material to improve public perceptions of sharks.
REI AMI is known for voicing and performing as Rumi in the fictional group HUNTR/X from Netflix’s animated film KPop Demon Hunters, alongside her solo work. K-Pop Shark Heroes follows Jeong’s shark-awareness campaign and premieres on Discovery on Sunday 26 July at 8pm ET as part of the annual Shark Week schedule.
