Carter Faith discussed her rapid rise in country music following her debut album, Cherry Valley, including touring, opening for Post Malone and receiving ACM nominations. She said the response to lesser-known album tracks encouraged her to continue exploring its themes, while aiming for a more stripped-back and personally honest sound.

That approach has led to Cherry Valley Forever, a deluxe edition featuring five new songs, including collaborations with Wyatt Flores, Laci Kaye Booth and Baby Nova; Faith named “Dead Horse” as her favourite new track. Alongside music, she has filmed her acting debut in the forthcoming Netflix thriller Heartland with Jessica Chastain and Garrett Hedlund, describing the experience as demanding but rewarding.
