Inforcer raises $50M to help prepare smaller businesses for a new world of AI and security risks

London-based Inforcer has raised $50 million in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners, as investors back software that helps managed service providers support small and medium-sized businesses. The company’s platform manages clients’ Microsoft 365 accounts and is intended to help smaller firms address increasingly complex IT, cyber security and AI-related risks without maintaining their own IT departments.

Inforcer has raised $110 million across three rounds in 18 months and says its business is growing 300% year on year, while its valuation has doubled since its Series B. Founded in 2023, it has developed tools to detect unauthorised AI use and respond to threats, and plans further US expansion; it is also shifting some pricing from per client to per user, with possible future usage-based AI pricing.
