Explained simply

Innings Festival is a live event held in Tempe, a city in the Phoenix area of Arizona. It brings together music performances and baseball-related activities, so its programme includes both recording artists and people known for playing in Major League Baseball (MLB), the top professional baseball league in the United States and Canada.

The Strokes are a New York rock band, Alanis Morissette is a Canadian singer-songwriter, and Pitbull is an American rapper and singer. Their different styles reflect the festival’s mix of rock, pop and other genres; the baseball appearances add another part to the event’s programme.
