Elizabeth Holmes was photographed visiting with her two young children at the minimum-security Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Texas, where she is serving a fraud sentence. She has been approved to transfer to a halfway house near Austin next summer, potentially allowing more frequent contact with her children and fiancé Billy Evans.

Holmes began her sentence in May 2023 after being convicted over Theranos fraud and originally receiving 11 years in prison. Her sentence has reportedly been reduced by about half for good behaviour, while a forthcoming Nathan Fielder documentary examines the final weeks before she entered prison.
