Jack White brought his daughter Scarlett on stage at the Brooklyn Paramount on 12 July 2026, where she played bass alongside him on the White Stripes' 1999 track "Cannon". The moment offered a rare glimpse of family involvement in White's live show, which is notable given his famously spontaneous, no-set-list approach to performing.

The pair also performed "Black Math" from the band's 2003 album Elephant. "Cannon", taken from the White Stripes' self-titled debut and incorporating the gospel blues song "John the Revelator", has previously been described by White as a flexible "placeholder" he uses to transition between songs during shows. The performance came as White, who turned 51 last week, continues touring in support of his eighth solo album, Frozen Charlotte.
