Jared Freid will release a new Netflix stand-up special, “The Family Plan”, on 1 September. The hour follows his 2023 Netflix debut, “37 & Single”, and continues his growing profile as a comedian known for material about dating, relationships and modern adulthood.

Directed by Jason Katz, the special was filmed at Tarrytown Music Hall in Tarrytown, New York, and includes jokes about family holidays and a personally relevant Karen video. It is executive produced by Freid, Betches, Matthew Vaughan, James Dixon and Daniel Bodansky; Freid also hosts the JTrain Podcast and co-hosts Betches’ “U Up?” podcast.
