Scott Foley is also returning as Sean Kelly, expected in Episode 203 for a short arc that revisits his friction with J.D. and Elliot’s anxieties about dating. Neil Flynn will appear in multiple episodes, but Ken Jenkins will not return as Dr Kelso this season, despite earlier plans; the 10-episode season is due to premiere on 30 September.
