The $50 million film has grossed about $16 million worldwide so far, including under $8 million in the US last weekend and £500,000 in the UK. It was reportedly the week’s most-pirated film, but buyers acknowledge that the financial impact is difficult to measure and that competition from Spider-Man: Brand New Day and The Odyssey may also have affected performance; Amazon, the producers and Lionsgate declined comment.
