Julia Holter has released a new single, "My Lost One," the latest preview of her forthcoming album Materia. The track is described as minimal and dreamy, built around Chris Speed's ambiguous saxophone and Holter's breathy, incantation-like vocals, contributing to the anticipation around her next full-length release.

Holter has called the song "witchy," describing it as a folktale inspired by unsettling children's books, with imagery of trees growing through living rooms and animals in clothing. Materia is set for release on 21 August via Domino, with pre-orders now available.
