Agent Philip Grenz told the New York Post's Page Six that Neill had previously fought off and beaten lymphoma, using CAR-T cell therapy, before later succumbing to pneumonia. Neill was 78. His family plans to hold a private memorial at his farm in New Zealand at a later, unspecified date.
