The Verge ·

JustWatch has launched JustWatch TV, expanding its role from helping people find films and programmes on existing services to offering streaming and rentals of its own. The ad-supported free tier and paid option give viewers another way to access content from a network of global partners.

The service is available through JustWatch’s website and mobile apps in 12 markets, including the UK and US. Free offers selected titles with adverts; Plus costs $3.99 a month, includes more than 300 ad-free titles and a 10 per cent rental discount, or can be bought for $49.99 for life. The rental store, with recent and popular films, is initially available in five countries: the US, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
