Country musician Kacey Musgraves has postponed three dates during her upcoming Middle of Nowhere concert tour, including what was originally set to be the trek's opening night in Chicago. The cancelled performances span Chicago on August 20, Boston on August 29, and Brooklyn on September 2, with automatic refunds being processed through Ticketmaster over 7–10 business days.

No official reason has been disclosed for the postponements, and Musgraves has not addressed the cancellations through her public channels. The tour is scheduled to resume with a revised opening in Chicago on August 21, whilst tickets for additional performances in all three affected cities remain available. The Middle of Nowhere tour supports her self-titled album released in May 2026, which achieved strong commercial performance with multiple No. 1 placements on Billboard charts.
