The track's premiere capped a landmark show for the Colombian star, whose global stature is underlined by a Grammy, eight Latin Grammy Awards and five Billboard Music Awards.

'MATADORA' is a reggaeton-driven track described as a celebration of femme energy, reflecting the high-octane feel of her live performances. The song forms part of her Viajando por el Mundo Tropitour, which is set to bring her to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on 6 July 2027.
