KATSEYE have released their EP WILD, featuring a cover of “Bel Air”, an unreleased Charli XCX song originally intended for her 2014 album Sucker. The release comes as the group continues activity despite members Manon Bannerman and Sophia Laforteza recently taking hiatuses, and highlights the resurfacing of a long-circulating Charli XCX outtake.

“Bel Air” was written by Charli XCX and Noonie Bao in December 2013 and originally produced by Jarrad Rogers, before later being reworked with John Hill and SOPHIE. KATSEYE’s version is described as a more polished, gruffer pop interpretation that removes a darker, more dramatic verse from the original; WILD is out through HYBE and Geffen Records and also includes an Ed Sheeran co-write.
