Posted on Instagram on 21 July, the tribute reflects the continuing grief felt by the Osbourne family and offers fans an intimate glimpse into how Kelly has coped in the year since losing him, following his death aged 76 just weeks after his farewell concert with a reunited Black Sabbath.

In the letter, accompanied by a black-and-white photo of her father, Kelly wrote that she still feels his presence "in the quiet, in the wind, in every song," and described the enduring ache alongside the "privilege" of carrying his love forward. She spoke of seeing him reflected in her three-year-old son, Sidney, whom she shares with former fiancé Sid Wilson, and said she had heeded all of Ozzy's warnings and guidance, adding that "your voice still guides me every day." Kelly, the youngest daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, has previously spoken candidly about her grief, including defending herself against online criticism over her weight loss in the months following his death.
