Kevin Bacon pleads for help recovering missing FedEx package rerouted multiple times around the globe
Kevin Bacon asked his followers for help after a box of clothes he sent from upstate New York to Ireland was repeatedly rerouted and then left undelivered. He said the clothes have sentimental value because he has owned them since the 1990s, and he has been unable to reach a person at the shipping company.
The package was sent on 26 September and travelled through Memphis, France and Germany before being routed to Israel, then back and forth between several countries. It reached Ireland on 11 October, where it had reportedly been sitting for five days; the company apologised, said it was in contact with Bacon’s team and was reviewing what went wrong.
