Kara Robinson Chamberlain, who survived a kidnapping in 2002 aged 15 and later helped expose a serial killer, is fronting a new true crime series called Somebody Knows Something, which revisits unsolved murder and missing persons cases. The eight-part series marks a shift for Robinson Chamberlain from survivor and advocate to true crime investigator, and premieres on Freeform on 10 August with a two-episode launch, before continuing weekly.

The opening night features two cases: the disappearance of five-month-old Sabrina Aisenberg, who vanished in 1997, and the case of Lashaya Stine, a teenager who went missing in 2016. Subsequent episodes will air weekly on Mondays at 10pm PT/ET on Freeform, with a one-day-delayed release on Hulu and Disney+.
