Lainey Wilson to Host the CMA Awards for the Third Consecutive Year

American Songwriter · 3 hours ago

Lainey Wilson will host the CMA Awards for a third consecutive year, the Country Music Association and ABC have confirmed, as the ceremony marks its 60th anniversary. The 12-time CMA Award winner previously co-hosted alongside Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning in 2024 before taking on solo hosting duties in 2025, and her return underlines her growing standing as one of country music's leading figures.

Among women, only Miranda Lambert, with a record 14 wins, has claimed more CMA Awards than Wilson. This year's nominees, chosen by more than 7,000 CMA voting members, will be announced on 10 September via Good Morning America and the CMA's YouTube channel. The 60th Annual CMA Awards will be broadcast live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on 18 November on ABC and Disney+, streaming on Hulu the following day, with tickets going on sale on 18 September.
