LEGO Group partners with Daft Punk – starting with a fan-designed set based on the duo’s 2007 Alive tour stage
LEGO has partnered with Daft Punk on products, content and brand experiences, beginning with a set inspired by the duo’s pyramid stage from their 2007 Alive tour. The deal, announced more than five years after the pair split, brings the group’s concert imagery into LEGO’s fan-created set programme.
The design was created by Patrick Harboun and his son in Luxembourg. It won a LEGO Ideas challenge in 2020, then was resubmitted in 2024 and passed 10,000 supporters in April 2025; LEGO will now develop it as an official set, though released images are not of the final product. Under LEGO Ideas, creators of selected designs work with LEGO designers and receive 1% of the set’s total net sales. More partnership activity is expected in 2027.
