Lionsgate & 3 Arts Set New Horror Banner Render Road Led By Luke Maxwell & Will Rowbotham – The Dish

Lionsgate and 3 Arts Entertainment are launching Render Road, a horror production banner led by 3 Arts manager-producers Luke Maxwell and Will Rowbotham. It will develop, produce and finance projects for digital platforms, film and television, giving Lionsgate a way to work more directly with emerging horror talent.

The banner will work with both new and established artists and is open to talent beyond 3 Arts clients, whose projects can go to destinations of their choosing. Its launch builds on Lionsgate’s horror catalogue, including Saw and Blair Witch, and 3 Arts’ recent work with filmmakers such as Kane Parsons, whose Backrooms grossed more than $400 million, and Curry Barker, whose Obsession took $523 million worldwide.
