Little Grandad announce anticipated debut album ‘Speak Softly, Son’ with harmonic single ‘Tiny Feet’

London band Little Grandad have announced their debut album, "Speak Softly, Son," due for release on 22 January 2027, alongside a new single called "Tiny Feet." The announcement comes as the group, led by brothers Jack and Harry Lower, kick off a UK headline tour in Bristol, marking a rapid rise just over a year after their first-ever show at Brixton's Windmill venue.

The ten-track album was produced by Kev Jones of Wunderhorse and recorded in Crouch End, London, squeezed in between tour dates. "Tiny Feet" showcases the band's close vocal harmonies, which they describe as "blood harmonies" given the brothers' shared upbringing, drawing influence from artists such as Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen and Neil Young. The band opted to skip releasing an EP and go straight for a full album, and their tour runs through September and October, taking in UK dates plus shows in Hamburg and Paris, before concluding at London's Scala on 16 September.
