The appearance follows her spring performance at the SI Swimsuit Runway Show during Miami Swim Week, where she modelled a blue one-piece bearing her album title.

Accompanying the cover, the artist described her current priorities as achieving physical comfort and emotional stability, noting she is working to manage anxiety and seeking sustained joy in her personal and professional life. Beyond this photoshoot, Lizzo is developing a biographical film centred on gospel pioneer Sister Rosetta Tharpe and will release a children's picture book this autumn focused on musical education and self-discovery.
