London Underground strike: Brits face travel chaos amid new walkouts – full list of days
London Underground drivers represented by the RMT plan a series of 24-hour strikes in a dispute over proposed changes to working arrangements. The walkouts could disrupt travel across the capital from late November into February.
The union says the plans include a four-day week but would also mean longer shifts, more time driving trains, earlier starts and later finishes. Strikes are scheduled to begin at noon on 26 November, with further action on 17 and 19 December, 4 and 6 January, and 17, 23 and 25 February. RMT general secretary Eddie Dempsey says drivers would lose existing protections and face possible depot displacement if they reject the changes.
