Madonna's new album CONFESSIONS II has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, marking her 10th chart-topping album and making her the first artist to reach No. 1 in the 2020s as well as three previous decades. The singer shared her reaction on Instagram alongside photos from the New York edition of Club Confessions, an album release party held in Queens on 11 July, thanking fans and collaborators for the album's reception.

CONFESSIONS II, Madonna's 15th studio album, was released on 3 July and features 16 tracks, with collaborations including Feid, Martin Garrix, her daughter Lola Leon, Stromae and Sabrina Carpenter, the latter appearing on "Bring Your Love," which also charted on the Billboard Hot 100. A companion film, Confessions II—The Film, premiered at the Tribeca Festival in June featuring six tracks from the record. In her caption, Madonna said she was "still pinching myself" and grateful for the "goodwill and positivity" from fans worldwide.
