The Patriots Day Freedom Fest, a MAGA-associated event scheduled for 26 September in Kentucky, has been cancelled less than a week before launch after failing to generate sufficient ticket sales. Organised by Eric Deters and featuring speakers including Kid Rock, Dog the Bounty Hunter, and Fox News contributor Joe Concha, the event's business model relied on premium ticket sales to cover costs, but this strategy collapsed when anticipated revenue did not materialise.

The event offered free general admission but $1,000 VIP tickets, with Deters expecting to sell approximately 100 premium tickets to cover expenses. However, only six VIP tickets sold. In a cancellation announcement, Deters expressed frustration at wealthy acquaintances he claimed to have helped repeatedly, alleging they ignored his requests or made excuses, and declared he would no longer provide favours to those individuals.
