Man Arrested on ‘Miami Vice ‘85’ Brooklyn Set After Brandishing a Knife
A man was arrested after brandishing a knife near crew members on the Brooklyn set of *Miami Vice ’85* on Friday night. The incident disrupted filming but no injuries were reported.
The NYPD identified the man as 23-year-old Alex Perez of Brooklyn and said he was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon after his arrest at about 11pm. Footage showed officers removing a large butcher knife from his sweatshirt pocket; the film stars Austin Butler and Michael B. Jordan and is scheduled for release on 6 August 2027.
